Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC is seeking a hands-on Training Specialist to deliver hands-on operational training for construction machinery. You will conduct sessions on operation, basic troubleshooting, daily maintenance, and safety, visiting customer sites for on-site instruction.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, a diploma or technical certification in mechanical/automotive/heavy equipment, and UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Automotive/Heavy Equipment is required.
• Experience in training on heavy construction machinery is essential.
• Ability to present training material clearly and safely to operators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of construction machinery.
• Visit customer sites to assess operator practices and provide tailored instruction.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and evaluation reports.
• Perform practical demonstrations for new machine handovers and customer trials.
• Support service and sales teams by providing technical feedback from the field.
• Ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards during training programs.

To deliver hands on operational training for construction equipment to customer operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring safe, efficient, and optimal use of machinery, while promoting product reliability and reducing misuse-related breakdowns.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on the operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of construction machinery
• Visit customer sites to assess operator practices and provide tailored instruction
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and evaluation reports
• Perform practical demonstrations for new machine handovers and customer trials
• Support service and sales teams by providing technical feedback from the field
• Assist in identifying operator misuse, abuse, or poor maintenance issues during service cases
• Ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards during training programs

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Automotive/Heavy Equipment

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep familiarity with CE equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.)
• Effective presentation and instructional skills
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to communicate in English and other regional languages preferred
• Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• UAE driving license required
