Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai is seeking an Operator Trainer for construction equipment. You will deliver hands-on training for operators, conduct site visits, and create training materials to ensure safe, efficient use of CE machinery.

The role requires a diploma or technical certification in mechanical/automotive/heavy equipment and at least 5 years of experience with heavy construction machinery. Fluency in English and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Automotive/Heavy Equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery.
• Deep familiarity with CE equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers).
• Effective presentation and instructional skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate in English and other regional languages preferred.
• Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of construction machinery.
• Visit customer sites to assess operator practices and provide tailored instruction.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and evaluation reports.
• Perform practical demonstrations for new machine handovers and customer trials.
• Support service and sales teams by providing technical feedback from the field.
• Assist in identifying operator misuse, abuse, or poor maintenance issues during service cases.
• Ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards during training programs.
