Job Title: Operator - HDPE/PVC Pipe Production Line

Qualifications:

• Secondary School Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years experience in HDPE/PVC pipes production line
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ITI Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or +2 education with relevant experience
• Additional certification in plastic technology from CIPET or similar institution is a plus

Job Description:

• Execute jobs as per instructions and specifications in the job order
• Set, monitor, and maintain machine operation standards for quality production
• Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with concerned personnel
• Monitor production quality and take immediate corrective actions if needed
• Maintain machinery and ensure cleanliness and safety in the workspace
• Follow instructions from the production manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Logical aptitude, proactive, and dynamic
• Good communication skills in English or Hindi; Arabic is an advantage
• Leadership qualities and flexibility to work long hours

Experience:

• Engineering diploma holders: minimum 5 years in extrusion machine operation in HDPE/PVC pipe production
• ITI certificate holders: minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in PVC/HDPE pipe production
• +2 candidates: at least 7 years in extrusion machine operation, with 3 years in PVC pipe production
