What you'll be doing

The FC Associate I, under general supervision, must carry out warehouse operations such as shipment receiving, checking, order preparation, and dispatching. All employees must possess the fundamental values of Commitment, Integrity, Empathy, and Flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods receiving functions such as offloading, checking, and putting away all incoming consignments.
• Order preparation including picking and packing customer orders as per requirements.
• Ensure proper checking, dispatch, and loading of vehicles against dispatch documentation.
• Carry out activities such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, labeling, or other value-added services as needed.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment and assist in stock counts, verifications, or other projects.
• Handle stock carefully and correctly, strictly following standard processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used efficiently and well maintained.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, or supply rooms.
• Report any stock defects or damages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Provide high standards of customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a cooperative work environment and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report incidents promptly and accurately, and avoid misuse of safety equipment.

Additional responsibilities include reporting equipment damages, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining operational standards.
