A leading company is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in T24 Operations & Management. The role involves critical responsibilities such as user acceptance testing, incident management, and automation skills. Candidates should have a strong background in T24 core modules and an ability to support operations across multiple countries.
Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in T24 Operations & Management. • Experience with core banking (Temenos T24). • Experience with T24 core modules, non-core integration, and architecture. • Good knowledge of COB process. • Good communication skills & coordination. • Automation Skills (APP Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, Python) • Experience in requirement gathering, specification for user acceptance testing, client interfacing, environment readiness, change request management, interim release management, incident management, project audit compliance, and post-live support activities. • Experience in TAFC & TAFJ is a must.
Technical Skills • T24 programming language and administration. • Application programming interfaces (APIs). • OFS interface processing. • User profile creation and security management in T24. • Utilities like enquiry, menu, composite screen, versions. • Close of business operations. • Unix administration (area creation, printer configuration). • Local development/customization. • Performance tuning for COB and online transactions. • Multi-company and extended multi-book company creation. • T24 browser configuration. • Knowledge of IRIS, TOCFEE & Tcserver is a must. • Knowledge in OS scripting. • 24/7 support required to manage all activities in 10 different countries. Functional Skills • Core (EB), COB Process, Archival. • Process optimization, process fine-tuning. • Deployment process. • User administration. • Knowledge in browser & database configuration.
