Job summary

BeFit Middle East is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfilment for BeFit retail, commercial, and home fitness channels. You will ensure accurate stock, timely deliveries, and efficient fleet coordination across all BeFit supply chain functions.

The role requires coordinating with installation teams, procurement for replenishments, and liaison with BeFit stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics or warehouse ops.
• Experience in retail, fitness equipment or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments for BeFit channels.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and installation teams.
• Ensure deliveries meet SLAs and monitor performance.
• Monitor transportation costs and propose routing improvements.
• Work with warehouse team on receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee order processing on ERP/WMS and verify stock availability.
• Liaise with BeFit Retail stores for stock needs and transfers.
• Support packaging, site readiness, and project deliveries as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and identify bottlenecks.

Job description

To supervise day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and operational activities for BeFit, ensuring efficient stock movement, order fulfilment, warehouse coordination, delivery scheduling, and operational support for retail, commercial, and home fitness channels. The role ensures accuracy, timely execution, and smooth operations across all BeFit supply chain functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound shipments for BeFit retail, commercial, and home fitness orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and installation teams.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor transportation costs and propose improvements for routing and delivery efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination:

• Work closely with the warehouse team on receiving, picking, packing, stock transfers, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by supporting cycle counts, weekly reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Ensure proper documentation of equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
• Monitor storage conditions, product handling, and warehouse safety processes.

Order Processing & System Management:

• Oversee order processing from sales to fulfilment on ERP and WMS systems (Oracle, etc.).
• Validate order accuracy, stock availability, and product readiness before dispatch.
• Coordinate with procurement for replenishment needs.
• Track and update order and delivery statuses daily.
• Liaise with BeFit Retail stores for stock requirements, replenishments, and transfers.
• Support Commercial Sales by coordinating project deliveries, installations, and site readiness.
• Work with technicians and installation teams to schedule site visits and ensure equipment availability.

Operational Support & Reporting:

• Assist the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager in monitoring KPIs such as delivery performance, stock accuracy, and order turnaround time.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (deliveries, stock movement, delays, exceptions).
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Team Supervision:

• Oversee warehouse assistants, delivery staff, and operational support staff (as applicable).
• Ensure team adherence to BeFit and AKI standards, safety procedures, and operational SOPs.
• Support training and provide day-to-day guidance to team members.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in retail, fitness equipment, electronics, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
