Job description

Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
Nationality Preferred: Afghani

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing drivers, a good understanding of the limousine industry, and fluency in both English and Pashto. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of CRM booking systems. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations related to limousine services.
  2. Manage a team of drivers, ensuring timely communication, discipline, and performance monitoring.
  3. Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and routing of vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  4. Utilize CRM booking systems to manage bookings, track schedules, and maintain customer relations.
  5. Address operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure all vehicles are maintained and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for the Operations Manager.
  8. Provide support to the Operations Manager in implementing operational improvements and strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in limousine or transportation services is a must.
  2. Proven experience in supervising or managing drivers.
  3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of CRM booking systems is required.
  5. Must be fluent in English and Pashto (spoken and written).
  6. Must currently reside within the country (applicants outside the country will not be considered).
  7. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
