You will oversee shift management in one of our fulfillment centers or delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors are key to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities
  • Manage and train associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards
  • Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators
  • Adjust labor allocation to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with support functions and departments to address performance issues, process readiness, safety, and training
  • Address logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis and process improvements
