Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Supervisor - Operations in Riverland. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure to capture all operations challenges and raise them to identify solutions.
• Cover Riverland Duty Manager task and ensure operations efficiency.
• Participate in park events and activations, and ensure everything is running smoothly from Operations side.
• Ensure to attend all guests and tenants issues and resolve them.
• Ensure to cover Riverland Operations during the absence of Operations Manager.
• Monitor the commercial partners performance and their operational compliance.
• Provide administrative support for paperwork and approvals.
• Ensures to raise any maintenance issues or service requests to the concerned team.
• Supervise, train and lead the operations team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Ensure that guests are provided with high level of service.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum Experience: 3 years in operations
• Knowledge of operational principals & policies
• Good communications, problem solving & interpersonal skills
