Job Overview
As an Operations Supervisor at Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 (Amazon), you will oversee performance and workflow for both last-mile logistics (AMZL) and fulfillment operations (FC). You will lead a team of 30 40 individuals including operations assistants, delivery partners, and associates, ensuring efficient labor allocation, process optimization, safety compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily operations in both AMZL and FC environments
* Allocate workforce effectively and lead pre-shift meetings
* Monitor and drive KPIs to maintain performance standards
* Implement Lean-based process improvements across workflows
* Lead, train, and coach frontline team members
* Drive compliance with Amazon's safety standards and procedures
* Use technology tools to coordinate tasks and resolve operational issues
* Maintain inventory accuracy and support system/tool rollouts
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery and fulfillment performance
* Act decisively in high-pressure situations and solve on-ground challenges quickly
