Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Candidates are expected to be familiar with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes and suitable candidate will be expected to oversee these projects from operational perspective in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and Operations Management experience
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong Operations and Analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational processes
• Attested Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the trading industry is a plus
• Driving License is a must.
