Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new clients by performing KYC checks
- Prepare the credit facility documents
- Verification of trade transaction documents and advise the discrepancies to client
- Perform transactions in Loan Management system and banking portal
- Follow-up with clients on discrepancies while maintaining Client Relationship and adhering to group standards in client servicing
- Daily reconciliation of respective General Ledgers and provide proper justification on all outstanding items
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Responsible for Client Account Management which includes:
- Report any deteriorations noticed in client accounts
- Execute the dunning activities to minimise overdue
- Imparting product knowledge to Clients
- User Acceptance Testing for products handled by the operations
- Timely reporting and following up of IT issues including access to system, new products, BI Reports etc
- Ensure safe custody of customer and collateral documents
- Handle archival of customer documents and security items
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Min. 1 year of Corporate Banking Operations or Fintech experience or Trade Operations experience
- Degree in Business Administration or Finance from a recognized University
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Proficiency in modelling / spreadsheets (Excel)
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively with others, especially senior management
- Strong work discipline & ability to work under pressure
- Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
