Job summary

PRESIDENTIAL FLIGHT is seeking an OQA Manager to support the Safety & Quality Assurance Director in developing and monitoring the Operations Quality management system to ensure compliance with GCAA regulations. This role will help retain and raise PF's high standards and deputize for the QA Director when needed.

The candidate should possess extensive aviation experience and knowledge of GCAA, EASA, FAA rules, with strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as Pilot or Flight Engineer.
• 10 years experience in Aviation.
• Knowledge of GCAA, EASA, FAA general rules and regulations.
• Knowledge experience of a functioning Operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports the Safety & Quality Assurance Director in developing and maintaining the Operations Quality management system for Presidential Flight to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Deputizes for the Quality Assurance Director when required.

Certificates:

Essential: Commercial Pilot license or Flight Engineer.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 5 years experience as Pilot or Flight Engineer.
• 10 years experience in Aviation.
• Knowledge of GCAA, EASA, FAA general rules and regulations.
• Knowledge experience of a functioning Operations organization.

Skills:

Good oral and written English and Arabic. Ability to systemize cases.
