CassonX is partnering with a prestigious retail trading company planning to establish an office in Dubai. They are seeking to hire individuals who will be part of the initial leadership team, preferably those with an entrepreneurial spirit to help make their new venture successful. While there is a preference for candidates already based in Dubai, they are open to relocating candidates from London, with no formal relocation package, only potential flights. The target is to have these roles filled locally by Q4 2025, with a go-live in early Q1 2026. All earnings are tax-free and net.

The ideal candidate is currently a supervisor in a Retail Trading or CFD Operations team and is looking to advance into a larger role. Responsibilities include building and growing a team that manages trade lifecycles for CFD products. Initially, the role involves acting as a Business Manager, supporting the Managing Director with various tasks to ensure the successful startup of the office, including HR and project management.
