MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in the Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery
• Manage HR‑related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training
• Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
