This role suits a highly skilled Baker & production leader who’ll be based at the CPU overseeing the end-to-end manufacture of their baked goods portfolio, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency & innovation in line with brand standards.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the Middle East, ideally the UAE
• At least 5 years of experience in a high-end production environment managing a team
• Expert in European & viennoiserie techniques
• Fluency in English, both written & verbal
