Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead the execution of a major uPVC windows and doors project. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in uPVC or aluminum systems, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee the entire lifecycle of the project – from initiation to successful handover.
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site installation teams.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow and resource management.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and material delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality compliance.
• Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently to avoid delays.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Maintain communication with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Report progress to senior management and provide updates with accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project/operations management, specifically in uPVC or aluminum doors and windows (MANDATORY).
• In-depth understanding of fabrication, installation, and quality standards of uPVC/aluminum systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
