We are looking for a key role: Operations Manager for Maintenance and Specialized Cleaning. Be part of an exciting journey of continuous growth and success.

What we expect from you:

  1. Team Creation & Management: Lead recruitment to build a skilled, motivated team; provide strong leadership; create KPIs and forecast quarterly business growth.
  2. Training & Development: Design training programs; foster innovation; ensure ongoing development.
  3. Operational Oversight & Process Optimization: Oversee daily operations; implement process improvements.
  4. Quality Management: Maintain high service standards; implement quality assurance measures.
  5. Procurement & Resource Management: Manage procurement; oversee equipment maintenance; allocate resources effectively.
  6. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as primary contact between technical team and stakeholders; align operations with company goals.
  7. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Prioritize customer satisfaction; develop retention strategies.
  8. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage budgets; collaborate with finance for profitability.
  9. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations; conduct audits.
  10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use data insights for performance assessment; report to senior management.
  11. Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance; address issues promptly.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in operations management, especially in maintenance and specialized cleaning in a startup environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management and process optimization.
  • Financial oversight experience.
  • Procurement and resource allocation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
