A UAE-based hospitality company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Ice Cream Concept. We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for the Ice Cream Concept. Responsible for leading and optimizing day-to-day operations across all outlets while developing and executing strategies that support the brand’s growth, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, hands-on operations management, and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of all ice cream branches, ensuring smooth service, team productivity, and adherence to brand standards.
• Strategize and lead the operational direction of the concept, aligning plans with business goals and growth targets.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, and safety across all locations in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage P&L, operational budgets, and cost control measures to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead and coach store managers and in-store teams through structured performance management and training.
• Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational milestones.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Identify opportunities for brand expansion, strategic partnerships, and process improvements.
• Implement tools and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure service consistency.
• Manage new store openings and renovations, ensuring operational readiness and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development for menu innovation, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and supplier reliability.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the operations team.
• Oversee and lead production of all products from CPU.
• Source and select best quality packaging for serving.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience, with at least 2 years managing multi-unit or concept-based businesses.
• Prior experience in managing dessert, ice cream, or café concepts is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proven strategic planning and execution skills.
• Financially savvy with strong understanding of P&L, cost controls, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in POS systems, reporting tools, and inventory management software.
