Job description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to lead our HVAC service team as Operations Manager. In this role, you will directly manage a number of field line managers who in turn manage a team of approximately 80 engineers. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving KPIs and productivity, and reporting to senior leadership.

How you will do it
  1. Drive operational excellence for the HVAC service business in Abu Dhabi.
  2. Responsible for delivery of maintenance, retrofit, and repair of HVAC Business in Abu Dhabi, utilizing knowledge of Industry Standards, Building Compliance, and contractual obligations to deliver a holistic approach to customer equipment.
  3. Coordinate with Team leaders and Technicians to drive growth within the existing service business.
  4. Deliver service to JCI customers within predetermined financial and non-financial objectives.
  5. Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering the SLA’s defined.
  6. Ensure Ethics Compliance – ensuring the Branch complies with all aspects of the Johnson Controls Ethics Policy.
  7. Ensure 100% compliance with Johnson Controls Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies.
What we Look for
  1. Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Technical School with relevant industry trade license and related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  3. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.

  5. Proven management skills in achieving results, including financial, goal setting, planning, and review.
