About Us The U is a partner company of the ELSTATE luxury real estate agency. We are a premium women’s fashion brand founded in Dubai in 2023. We create elegant, high-quality dresses produced in-house, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, materials, and timeless aesthetics. Our products are available online (through our website and Instagram t.h.e__u), and we are also represented offline at Wonder Wander concept store in Moscow. As we grow, we are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Manager who will oversee and manage all core processes — from sourcing materials to preparing shipments — on the ground in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer demand and help shape product assortment - Source fabrics and materials from suppliers - Oversee production timing and quality control - Manage inventory levels and prevent product mismatches (in collaboration with our e-commerce manager) - Assist in developing sizing charts - Package customer orders - Coordinate logistics and shipping with local courier and freight services - Monitor and ensure timely delivery (together with the online team)
