Job description

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive rider growth, retention, and revenue while ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals. This includes leading targeted initiatives, optimizing customer lifecycle performance, increasing lifetime value (LTV) and leveraging experimentation to identify and scale effective growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at improving key business metrics such as active user base, trip frequency, and overall revenue.

• Build and maintain a structured growth roadmap by identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities through market research, user behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

• Ensure alignment of growth initiatives with financial sustainability goals and broader business objectives.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align product features and campaigns with growth objectives.

• Identify and assess new channel opportunities, partnerships, or market segments to expand reach and rider acquisition.

• Monitor competitor growth activities and market shifts to adapt strategy accordingly.

• Lead a test-and-learn approach, designing and executing rapid experiments to validate hypotheses and

optimize go-to-market strategies.

• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify effective growth levers and enhance campaign

performance.

• Develop robust forecasting models to estimate growth impact, track ROI of initiatives, and guide investment decisions.

• Monitor and improve financial performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and contribution margins.

• Utilize data visualization tools and dashboards to monitor experiment outcomes and key growth metrics in real-time.

• Utilize a data-centric approach to analyze user behavior and build actionable customer segments.

• Perform cohort analysis to understand user lifecycle trends and inform retention and engagement strategies.

• Design and execute targeted lifecycle campaigns leveraging promotions, incentives, and personalized communication to increase retention, engagement, and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience, with at least 5 years in operations, growth strategy, or product marketing within a high-growth, consumer-facing environment (preferably in mobility, tech, or e-commerce sectors) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and

performance modeling.

• Familiarity with key growth and financial metrics such as CAC, CLTV, ROI, and contribution margins.

• Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and campaign optimization.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and finance teams.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance aggressive growth targets with financial discipline

Education:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required.

• A master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

Preferred certifications such as Google Analytics Certification and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
