Key Responsibilities
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including deliveries, pickups, and related activities.
- Improve Performance: Continuously improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Plan and Strategize: Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics and internal operations.
- Lead Teams: Build and manage teams to achieve operational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
