DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Market Operations & Field Execution
  1. Conduct regular market visits to ensure field team performance, gather ground-level insights, and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Monitor stock levels, supply chain efficiency, and product availability across all key markets.
  3. Support on-ground execution of promotions, activations, and trade engagement initiatives.
Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth
  1. Assist in planning and executing strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
  2. Track and analyze sales data, customer performance, and pricing to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor performance vs. targets, ensuring sales teams stay aligned with monthly and quarterly objectives.
  4. Contribute to the development of pricing, incentive, and promotional strategies to boost sales.
Data Management & Reporting
  1. Maintain and regularly update operational and sales dashboards to provide clear insights to management.
  2. Analyze territory-wise and customer-wise performance reports to guide decision-making.
  3. Ensure accuracy of market intelligence, stock reports, route plans, and distribution performance metrics.
  4. Guide, train, and mentor field staff, supervisors, and sales teams to ensure alignment and motivation.
  5. Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback on performance and customer engagement.
  6. Build a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
  7. Collaborate with HR and leadership to support hiring, training, and retention of quality staff.
Relationship Management
  1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, trade partners, vendors, and distributors.
  2. Address operational and service issues proactively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Act as a key point of contact between field operations and senior management.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  1. Identify bottlenecks in supply chain, sales execution, or operations and suggest practical solutions.
  2. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of operations.
  3. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and distribution cycles.
AD-HOC Activities
  1. Assist in Ad-hoc activities.
  2. Preparing reports - as required by the Management.
