Role Overview:
This is not a typical operational role focused on day-to-day firefighting. Instead, we are looking for a strategic operator and platform thinker who can architect and scale operational systems to support our platform’s growth, user engagement, and monetization. The ideal candidate must have direct experience in a real estate listing platform, with an in-depth understanding of the full user journey — from property onboarding and broker engagement to lead generation and user retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations & Optimization
- Design and implement platform-centric operational strategies to scale business functions efficiently.
- Align operational workflows with strategic goals, product roadmap, and revenue targets.
- Identify and execute on operational growth levers including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
User Journey & Experience Management
- Map and optimize the end-to-end user journey across key personas: property owners, agents/brokers, and end users.
- Monitor and improve onboarding funnels for properties and agents to ensure high-quality listings and data integrity.
- Drive initiatives that improve lead generation, user satisfaction, and platform stickiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment and user experience consistency.
- Translate business objectives into operational processes and digital solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build dashboards and metrics to monitor KPIs tied to operational efficiency and user behavior.
- Conduct performance analysis and leverage insights to drive iterative improvements and optimize resource allocation.
Process Automation & Scalability
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead digital transformation initiatives to automate and scale operations.
- Manage tech integrations and third-party tools to support operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor junior operations staff, ensuring high-performance execution and accountability.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, data providers, and service partners critical to platform success.
Key Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in operations leadership within a real estate listing platform (B2B2C or B2C model).
- Deep understanding of digital platform models, user funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
- Strong exposure to the full user journey, including:
- Property/Listing onboarding
- Agent/Broker engagement
- Lead generation and distribution
- Retention strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience working with PropTech, SaaS platforms, or marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- Technical affinity or understanding of platform infrastructure, APIs, or listing syndication tools.
