Responsibilities: - Manage daily valet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. - Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff, fostering a team-oriented environment. - Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and security throughout the valet process. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness. - Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs and equipment maintenance. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to valet operations. -
