Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day transportation operations.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
• Supervise fleet management including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, analyze reports, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior management to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the UAE transport/logistics industry.
• Proven leadership in managing large transport operations and fleets.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE road networks, transportation regulations, and market trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

As the operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the transport division. You will lead a team of drivers, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring that fleet operations are executed smoothly, cost-effectively, and in compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
