Operations Manager

Eden Yachting is a boutique yacht brokerage company established in 2009 and based in Dubai, UAE. We specialise in the sale of new and pre-owned sailing yachts and catamarans to an expatriate and local clientele who expect a professional service. We are passionate about our business as well as knowledgeable about sailing yachts and have built a solid reputation over the years based on our impeccable customer service and attention to detail.

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director on a variety of tasks including, viewings on brokerage yachts, local yacht delivery, small repairs, handling after sales and liaising with the French shipyards, yacht familiarisation and initial sailing instruction for new owners. The successful candidate will be an experienced sailor, as well as being charismatic and a natural relationship builder.

Requirements:

• Sailing qualification with a licence
• Technical familiarity with yacht construction, rigging and systems
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic is a plus
• Must have a driving licence and provide own transport
• Self motivated, organised, problem solver
• Flexible working hours sometimes at weekends
