A leading engineering company in Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a compliance plan. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety and operational efficiency, with a commitment to employee development and wellbeing.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager has a responsibility to achieve Customer Satisfaction from kitting release till shipment. This must be achieved while uncompromising safety for all collaborators.
They will be warrant of the compliant execution of Flow Control Products in terms of quality, engineering and customer requirements.
The Operations Manager must drive a Capital Expenditure and automation Plan in line with the Plant strategy and business requirements.
The job is based in Dubai, UAE.
