The Operations Manager will lead our operations function supporting the leadership team, including people, finance and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in an operations role in a complex global environment

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Lead candidate onboarding operations
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors, e.g. finance/accounts, background checking etc.
  • Own and administer our CRM system, salesforce

Experience:

  • Experience in a professional environment, consultancy or similar preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Experience working with a CRM system, ideally salesforce
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders, the ability to influence others and negotiate
  • Good at building relationships, internally and externally
