Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Papillon Cake located in Dubai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality control. Additional duties include inventory management, coordinating logistics, handling customer inquiries, and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency. The Operations Manager will also report on performance metrics and work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Production Management, or related fields
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
• Understanding of inventory management and logistics
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
