Our client specializes in hiring and supplying skilled manpower from SAARC countries We are hiring for Operations Manager for Manpower solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years in manpower supply business. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business including dealing with clients, deployment, logistics, accommodation of hired people, compliances, productivity
- Candidates must have experience in Staffing or manpower solutions.
- Implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Resolve employee issues and address workplace conflicts.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve services and outcomes.
- Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Support compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Review and manage HR budget and resources effectively.
- Participate in organizational strategic planning sessions as an HR representative.
- Develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably MBA or HR specialization
- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business
- Expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance.
