A leading company in the oil-field services sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee client relationships, recruitment cycles, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in operations management within a recruitment agency, possessing strong skills in client servicing, communication, and knowledge of UAE labor laws. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Act as a strategic partner to understand client requirements and ensure service excellence.
Recruitment & Resource Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle in coordination with internal and client HR teams. Monitor manpower mobilization, deployment, and resource allocation as per contract obligations.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, RFQs, and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with timelines and requirements.
Contract Administration:
Draft, review, and manage client contracts, including SLAs and renewals. Ensure full adherence to labor laws, regulatory compliance, and contractual terms.
Operational Oversight:
Supervise daily operations, streamline workflows, and resolve any service delivery issues. Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain operational reports, recruitment dashboards, and client updates. Liaise with accounts, HR, and legal teams for smooth execution of projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of proven experience in operations management within a recruitment or manpower supply agency.
Strong knowledge of client servicing, recruitment processes, contract compliance, and UAE labor regulations.
Experience with tender documentation, government portals (e.g., ADNOC, MOHRE), and proposal submissions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and basic ERP tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA is a plus).
