- Develop business strategies related to structures, costs, and capabilities for each country of operation.
- Implement efficient processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions organization-wide.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with partners and local acquirers.
- Evaluate risks and lead quality assurance initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and optimize processes accordingly.
- Understand Dlocal operations to detect and prevent operational and technical issues, proposing strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their needs, providing transaction data, feedback from local providers, and analysis of current issues affecting clients and processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in payments operations with a technical understanding.
- 5-7 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a similar environment.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related fields.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments; willingness to work across time zones.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting, including SQL.
- Familiarity with legal, finance, product, and IT functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with a curious and positive attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
