The role is responsible for ensuring efficient order management, driver coordination, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate combines logistics know-how with strong leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Skills

Speak Arabic and English (native Arabic)

• Manage daily delivery operations, including order assignment, fleet scheduling, and route optimization.
• Supervise and support drivers and partner delivery companies to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs (on-time delivery rate, cost per delivery, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction).
• Implement and improve delivery processes through smart technology tools (dispatching systems, mobile apps, dashboards).
• Coordinate with customer support and sales teams to resolve escalations quickly.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve service quality.
• Prepare operational performance reports for management.
