Job DescriptionO&M Hard Services Facilities Manager for the Public Realm is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and safety of the mechanical, electrical, and structural infrastructure within public spaces such as parks, streetscapes, streetscapes, plazas, and other civic areas. The role ensures these areas are well-maintained, safe, functional, and compliant with relevant regulations, enhancing the community’s quality of life.
As the O&M Facilities Manager for the Main Districts you shall belooking after an area assigned to you whilst supporting your counterparts in other areas with your knowlege of Hard Services and bst practice.
