Job description

• Manage day-to-day operations of supply chain and logistics functions.
  

• Coordinate procurement inventory control warehousing and transportation.
  

• Monitor KPIs to ensure timely delivery cost-efficiency and service quality.
  

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
  

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of shipments inventory and operations.
  

• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping standards.
  

• Negotiate with suppliers shipping lines and freight forwarders.
  

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales Finance Warehouse) to support order fulfillment.
  

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  

• Lead and supervise warehouse logistics and fleet management teams.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field (Master s is a plus).
  

• Experience: 5 8 years in logistics or operations management.
  

• GCC Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
  

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations customs clearance warehouse management and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP Oracle or Zoho Inventory is an advantage.
  

• Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
  

• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the UAE.
