Job summary

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level indexing and performance tracking across dark stores. You will manage data accuracy for dashboards, monitor key metrics, and develop a team focused on daily operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong experience with performance metrics and lean techniques, plus flexibility to work weekends or nights as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or Amazon FTE background, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
