About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Operations Lead to oversee and scale our operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in team leadership, project execution, and cross-functional coordination-with an understanding of marketing mechanics, risk control principles and product operations and multi-regional operations. While crypto experience is a plus, it's not required. We value structured thinkers who can build and improve operational processes and support product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small, high-performing team focused on product operations
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to support new launches and optimize ongoing operations.
• Drive execution of growth campaigns and user acquisition initiatives in collaboration with marketing.
• Coordinate multi-regional operations and ensure process consistency across diverse geographies and user bases.
• Oversee risk monitoring processes, working with internal stakeholders to optimise the risk strategies.
• Manage and continuously improve internal processes, SOPs, and tooling for better scalability. Track and report performance metrics, ensuring high operational standards and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams (3-10 people), ideally in tech, fintech, or digital operations environments.
• Hands-on experience working with regional teams or operating products across multiple countries/markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project management best practices.
• Exposure to marketing or campaign support (growth, user engagement, market launches).
• Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies or compliance coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward structured execution.
