As the Operations Head for IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hospitality operations. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of IIQAF's hospitality facilities, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  6. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the operations division.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  8. Continuously review and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
  4. Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations, revenue management, and customer service.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
