Overview of the role:

To lead and manage the strategic and operational aspects of facilities management across the Dubai Festival City Residential and Commercial portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and sustainability of assets.

This role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant with regulations, and maintained to high standards, enhancing the comfort and satisfaction of residents and tenants while optimizing operational costs and asset longevity.

The Operations/Facilities Manager coordinates maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors, manages budgets, implements planned preventive maintenance programs and facilitates CAPEX projects to support the overall business objectives and sustain property value.
