Operations Executive – Stand Services | UAE

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences in the exhibitions and events industry? My client a global exhibitions company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Stand Services to join our growing Operations Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and deliverables for Exhibitor Manuals and event planning.
  • Liaise with exhibitors and stand contractors to ensure smooth setup and compliance with venue regulations.
  • Process and review stand designs, coordinate approvals, and manage floorplans using AutoCAD.
  • Provide operational support pre-event and onsite, ensuring world-class service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead on exhibitor queries, additional stand services, and manage performance bonds.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to deliver seamless event operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in exhibitions or event operations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive attitude and desire to deliver outstanding client service
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • (Bonus) Experience with AutoCAD, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
