• Manage and oversee the entire business setup process, including company formation, licensing, and documentation.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with government authorities (DLD, MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through the setup and visa processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business setup trends and government policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Prior experience in business setup and visa operations in the UAE is mandatory.
