Overview of the role:
  • The primary focus of the role is to support sales by planning, organizing, and implementing operational systems that enable seamless back-office services. Responsible for office functions, developing office procedures, and coordinating operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
What you will do:
  • Support sales through planning, organizing, and implementing operational systems for back-office services.
  • Manage office functions, develop procedures, and coordinate operations for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP and other system requirements, changes, implementation, and training based on business needs.
  • Respond proactively to administrative and sales support requests, including activities related to new car outbound, used car purchases, and trade activities.
  • Provide analytical reports and manage data effectively.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new associates, including IT setup, uniforms, and induction programs.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in administrative operations management.
  • Strong coordination and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
About the team:
  • The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and involves interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
