Who are we looking for:

An Operation Executive (Air Freight) that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating air freight shipments including handling day-to-day operations, collaborating with internal teams, and liaising with our vendors to ensure the smooth flow of shipments. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day air import, export, and transit operations
• Coordinate with airlines, GSA, customs, DNATA and other stakeholders involved in Air freight operations
• Ensure timely preparation of documentation and smooth customs clearance
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, and execute AWBs
• Schedule and manage dock appointments
• Handle cargo handover at DWC, DAFZA, and Cargo Village
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales & Pricing) and external stakeholders (vendors, DNATA, etc.) to ensure seamless operations
• Provide proactive customer service by coordinating updates, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in air freight operations (Import / Export / Transit)
• Must be familiar with Calogi, IATA, EK SkyCargo portals, Dubai Trade System & other portals relevant to Air freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of airline handling procedures and freight documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with freight ERP systems is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
