3. Respond to agent inquiries professionally, providing well-presented offers and competitive rates.
4. Process and confirm bookings with attention to detail and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all services align with client itineraries.
6. Address unforeseen issues and guest concerns with professionalism.
