Job description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Business Operations Executive to support our team in public relations, events, sales, marketing, and debt collection. This role is ideal for someone ready to engage directly with clients, attend events, and interact with government entities as required.

Debt Collection
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of overdue amounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and communicate with clients professionally.
Sales and Marketing Support
  • Contribute to sales efforts by engaging with clients and supporting the team.
  • Assist in organizing and setting up company events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution on event days by coordinating logistics and providing on-site support.
PRO Services (As Needed)
  • Support the preparation of documents and handle interactions with government entities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the PRO process.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in sales, debt collection, or administrative roles is an advantage.
