The Role

This role is central to our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the key point of contact for administrative and operational support, ensuring our internal systems, processes, and people are aligned and supported.

You’ll take ownership of tasks that are critical to keeping our business organised, on track, and performing at its best. This is a position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives on bringing structure to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks, including calendars, documentation, inboxes, and internal systems.
  • Acting as the primary operations contact for the team, supporting coordination across departments.
  • Keeping internal processes organised, updated, and efficient.
  • Helping onboard new tools, streamline workflows, and ensure best practices.
  • Assisting with HR, finance, and project-related admin as needed.
  • Anticipating operational needs and proactively resolving issues before they become problems.
