Role Overview

We are seeking a Operations Executive to work closely with the Chairman and the Operations Department. This role requires strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Chairman and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support & Execution
  • Assist the Chairman in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress of ongoing projects, preparing regular status reports and updates.
  • Support decision-making by gathering data, preparing analysis, and presenting insights.
  • Project & Initiative Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate initiatives, new ventures, and business expansions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with senior management, department heads, and external partners on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Prepare and manage communication, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and frameworks across departments.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Represent the Chairman and the firm with professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or executive support (financial services/FinTech/crypto experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
