Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic Dubai office. This position is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of experience in operations or client services, preferably in the financial or Forex industry. However, fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and a passion for the financial markets are also encouraged to apply.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day back-office operations, client onboarding, CRM maintenance, and cross-departmental coordination—ensuring VT Markets’ operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional client support via email, phone, and live chat.
• Conduct KYC and account activation procedures during the onboarding process.
• Monitor transactions, update CRM systems, and support back-office tasks on a daily basis.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain internal performance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist in basic market research and competitor analysis to support business initiatives.
• Escalate unresolved issues, inefficiencies, or risks to management.
• Adhere to internal processes and comply with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the Forex or financial services sector.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and a strong interest in financial markets will be considered.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and/or trading platforms (MT4/MT5) is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
